Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Production time varies from 2 business days up to 2–3 weeks depending on the design and complexity. Once completed:

Domestic (Saudi Arabia): 1–3 working days
International: 4–10 working days
Additional Notes
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please provide complete address and contact details at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
If an order is dispatched in multiple shipments, each shipment may appear as a separate charge on your statement.
International orders are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms — import customs fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Policy & Conditions
We offer domestic and international returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet these requirements.
Custom orders (custom sizes, alterations, or made-to-order pieces) and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Failed Delivery & Refusal

If a package is refused or undeliverable after reasonable attempts by the courier, it will be returned to us. The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs, unpaid duties, and any additional delivery fees.
